I agree with everything you've said there, it's a really good list. . .except number 9. "Food obsession is a waste of time and life. I want live a more purposeful life."
I've been at this for 8+ years and found that one thing you can count on is being obsessed by food and and wasting a lot of valuable time on trivial shit. Just a thought. (oh and I'm not critizing at all, since atm I'm obsessed with the trivial shit and enjoying it.)
