Does anyone know of a formula or a tool on a webpage or something that can help me figure out how many calories to consume to maintain your weight. I heard somewhere that it's your weight x 11, but it comes out way too high. My long term goal weight is 115, but if (when! we have to be positive) I get there I can't consume 1500, 1200, 1000 cals a day...  I know I'll have to pick and choose... like if I go to a restaurant I might hardly eat anything the day before and nothing the day of... but what I'm wondering is how many calories maximum to maintain a weight that is lower than your ideal body weight so that I can plan my days accordingly.
