i know i asked to be added to the sweet stasis one but i would love to be in this one too!!! :) oh and susan, congrats on going into recovery. im right behind you and also in recovery now !!!
 
 
 
MY CURRENT GOALS:
Weight: attempt to get to 166 by Christmas.
I have 8 pounds until I am 166 again!
 
Calories: currently at 210 cals a day.
Attempt to increase to 310 cals by next Sunday.
 
Exercise: walk a minimum of 2 miles a day and a
maximum of 6 miles in a given day.
 
Weigh: attempt to weigh one time less each day...
eg. If I weigh 10 times a day then tomorrow I weigh 9 times,
the next 8 times, etc until I am only weighing once a day.
 
Journal: answer the following questions
How Are You? so so..hanging in there
How Are You Doing? im trying to take things as they come so i guess i am okay.
How Are You Feeling? mentally exhausted, confused, scared, lost, and unsure of what is going to happen next.
 
This weeks challenge:
Say one nice thing about myself each day
 
I deserve to learn who I am.
