Weight: attempt to get to 166 by Christmas. I have 8 pounds until I am 166 again! Calories: currently at 210 cals a day.
Attempt to increase to 310 cals by next Sunday. Exercise: walk a minimum of 2 miles a day and
a
maximum of 6 miles in a given day. Weigh: attempt to weigh one time less each
day...
eg. If I weigh 10 times a day then tomorrow I weigh 9 times, the next 8 times, etc until I am only weighing once a day. Journal: answer the following questions
