Hello Everyone!  I am so glad to be here to talk to all of you.  I wanted to post my 
stats for you all.  

Im 24 years old.  I am 5'6" and fluctuate in weight from 125 -128ish.  My goal is to 
weigh 115 by Christmas.  That is one month to drop 10 pounds.  My lowest weight is 
110.  Unfortunately, at this point, I have reached my plateau.  I eat between 200 to 
800 calories on any given day.  I cant quite figure out how to get over this little 
obstacle.  Once I break it, I can loose the rest.  Any tips for breaking the plateau?
