Thanks alot for that chart it was really helpful. Right now I eat at maybe a little 
under 500 daily and I excercise at around 700 a day. I feel everytime I eat something 
I must excercise ( 2 hours in gym ) it away. =(  what effect will my excercising have 
on rate (good idea or bad?) and what is everyone doing for the holidays. I'm scared I 
might turn back to mia for thanksgiving day.
