What a gross name! Yak!
Emcee Manno <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:ï¿½)j+-Don't forget to change
the subject line when you
forward
this...
Sometimes when you have a stressful day or week, you
need
some silliness to break up the day. Here is your
dose...
Follow the instructions to find your new name.
The following in an excerpt from a children's book,
"Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor
Poopypants", by Dave
Pilkey: The evil Professor forces everyone to assume
new names...
Use the third letter of your first name to determine
your
new first name:
a=poopsie
b=lumpy
c=buttercup
d=gidget
e=crusty
f=greasy
g=fluffy
h=cheeseball
i=chim-chim
j=stinky
k=flunky
l=booger
m=pinky
n=zippy
o=goober
p=doofus
q=slimy
r=loopy
s=snotty
t=tulefel
u=dorkey
v=squeezit
w=oprah
x=skipper
y=dinky
z=zsa-zsa.
Use the second letter of your last name to determine
the
first half of your new last name:
a=diaper
b=toilet
c=giggle
d=burger
e=girdle
f=camel
g=lizard
h=waffle
i=cootie
j=monkey
k=potty
l=liver
m=banana
n=rhino
o=bubble
p=hamster
q=toad
r=gizzard
s=pizza
t=gerbil
u=chicken
v=pickle
w=chuckle
x=tofu
y=gorilla
z=stinker
Use the fourth letter of your last name to determine
the
second half of your new last name:
a=head
b=mouth
c=eyes
d=nose
e=tush
f=breath
g=pants
h=shorts
i=lips
j=honker
k=butt
l=brain
m=tushie
n=chunks
o=hiney
p=biscuits
q=toes
r=buns
s=tummy
t=sniffer
u=sprinkles
v=kisser
w=squirt
x=humperdinck
y=brains
z=juice
Thus, for example, George W. Bush's new name is Goober
Chickenshorts. Bill Clinton's name is Booger
Liverchunks.
Now when you COPY PASTE and SEND THIS... use your new name as the
subject. And remember that children laugh an average
of 146 times a
day, adults laugh an average of 4 times a day.
(When forwarding, please send it to the person that
sent it to you, so they
can see your new name as well.....

quite a bit so I didn't think anything of it but when I tried to open it my
computer detected it as a virus and got rid of it, so I'm not sure what it
was once opened.

My top 10 reasons for wanting to be thinner:
1.) To look better in clothes.
2.) I want people to think I take care of myself.
3.) I want people to think my boyfriend made a good
choice.
4.) To be able to wear anything I want.
5.) I want to look good in a bikini.
6.) I want people who I haven't seen in a while (like
old high school and college friends) to be like "Wow,
you look great!"
7.) I want to eat fattening foods and have people say
"How can you eat that and be so thin?"
8.) I don't want to pinch rolls around my waist.
9.) I want to be able to see some muscle tone on my
body.
10.) I want to look beautiful in my wedding dress and
wedding photos.

1,800 calories a day (or so i've read) just by being
alive. and one pound equals 3,500 calories. i suck at
math but if you put that together, you should get the
mathmatical sence of how much weight you *should* lose
if the plan works. good luck.

Subject: Re: [thin]
I went full force in March of this year, when I weighed 167 pounds. I was
at the end of my rope. I found prescription diet pills on the internet,
and I maxed (not a great idea, but I love them, but the diet pills are
not going to waste) a credit card on them. I started taking them
(phentermine, Xenical-works gross, but I lost 12 pounds quickly).
Phetnermine is the part of phen-fen that they still sell. I took one this
morning.
After I began to loose weight, I decided to jump start it, cause it was
going too slow for me. I got some exercise tapes, and did them, like I
was supposed to. www.beachbody.com Slim in 6 or Power 90, or both.
That was on July 21st. I weighed 144. Sometime in August, it came to me,
when I was searching Yahoo for something, that I used to be anorexic,
what did I do during that time to loose the weight? I typed in Anorexic
in Yahoo, and on August 15th, I began counting my calories, and then I
found this group, and that group, and joined, and created my own, and now
I'm down to 124 pounds, with a ways to go before I'm done. I'm five foot
tall, and I weigh 124 pounds. I still take diet pills, cause they make
cutting calories, for a weight loss reason alot easier. I found out about
the-now defunct-www.ana-by-choice forum, and then about the now
discontinued pink plan, and that was to get under 700 cals a day, drink
14 glasses of water, log daily, and exercise three times a week. I joined
that group, but took it on my own from there.
My highest weight was around 170, I was preg. and I never lost it,
cause I had no time to concentrate on it, then, I lost connection with
the ana part of me. (Nursing school...even though I thought about
anorexia daily, I couldn't bring myself to function with anorexia, and
nursing school.)That was in 1992. I was pregn.in 1990.
My son was born c-section, where they just sew you back up, and you don't
loose the water weight. I started reading ana books in August, looking
for all of mine I used to have, and reordering those I didn't have
anymore. That kept me in the same mind-set. I didn't think, due to the
c-section, that my abdomen would ever be flat. I learned that, in nursing
school, that a woman's body was built to have children, and once you do,
no matter how much exercise you do, you will not have a flat stomach. Not
true. I started doing 325 crunches, now I do up to 325, but for awhile, I
did 325 crunches throughout the day, and my stomach went from a pouch
shaped, to completely flat. Now I cut my calories big time, and
sometimes, the only problem I have, and this is gross, is with
constipation. That can be aleavted, also, I found out. Cause, I used to
do this, now I'm cataloging everything I come up with, and sticking it in
a notebook, of things I used to do, things I'm doing, and what I find
might be good ideas.
I wrote quite a bit. I hope Susan doesn't mind. I don't mind you asking
me. You can ask me anything. That's what this group is here for.

rhonlyn... sorry if i'm repeating the question, but how long did it take
you
to lose all of that weight? and if i may ask, what what your highest and
what do you weigh now? i just came off a 3 day fast... i'm currently down
to
121.5 (that's the lowest since last year - i sorta fell off the wagon, so
to
speak) it's always encouraging to hear *success stories* like yours... so
thanks for sharing. :)

Prescription diet pills from the internet: Phentermne. You have to lie
about your weight and your BMI, plus, you have to only take them for
about 3 weeks, then switch to something else for a couple of weeks. If I
had known that when I took phen-fen, I'd still be skinny from it. The
doc. I got them from told me I'd not go below 135. I intend to go up
there in a few days, and show him. Screw set-points, I've surpassed it.
I had a dumb RN tell me the same thing last night. "You'll never be any
lower than you were at 25. You'll never be lower than your set point."
Well, that's not true either. You have to fight set-points.
When I'm not taking Phentermine, I take either Thermulean, or Stackers
2. Both work quite well.

Guys don't care, if they see that you are eating. Believe me. But, when
one of the male CNA's I work with was huddled around the big screen t.v.
last night, watching the Victoria sEcrets Fashion Show with us women, and
he was like, "Whoa, look at that thong!" And we were like "Whoa, look at
her ribs, and her clavicle," he said, "A woman must have something to
grab somewhere." I grabbed my protruding clavicles, got in his face, and
said "Hey Kevin, grab this!" He hates me at 124 pounds. haha. too bad,
I'm going much lower than this.
