::::: the thin page email list

I was doing very well also, until I got upset last night and ate one of those little personal pecan pies.  In preparation for Thanksgiving I am going to try to fast for a few days beforehand, and then at the actual dinner, only eat half portions.  Also I'm going to try as hard as I can to stay away from the desserts, my downfall!  After Thanksgiving I am going to try to fast again, because I know I will be weak.  You guys really help to inspire me, though!  I need to buy a scale because the only way I can weight myself is at the gym or at my mom's house.  Good luck today!  -*Jane
