Hey imverycold5:  Try not to freak out yet.  Stay calm so that your mom can see you have your head on straight.  Try to twist the situation around to that you want to lose weight and live a "healthier" lifestyle.  If she confronts you about your book, tell her that it makes you feel badly to feel unfit and so you needed to vent out your emotions in writing.  As for the tip page you printed out, that is tough because I can just imagine what some of them are!  Don't print out stuff like that any more.  I keep mine in an electronic file on my computer that has to be accessed with a password or keep it in your e-mail files so no one can read it.  What ever happens, remember that your family loves you and wants what is best for you.  Unfortunately they don't always know best, as most of us have realized.  No matter what she says, try to stay positive and calm.  If a defense wall shoots up she will realize that there is more to it than you are leading onto.  I know because my mom found a few letters one time.  Luckily I was 18 at the time, so she wasn't as suspicious of me.  (falsly of course!)  Good luck to you.  :)
