Hi, I have another question: Sphinx can only pull data directly from either MySql or Postgres. It can, however, also call a script that supplies the indexer with XML. Is it possible to supply the Sphinx indexer with XML and still use Thinking Sphinx in my Rails app? Read: can I just use Thinking Sphinx to actually perform the search and use my custom xml-generating script to feed Sphinx's index?
