I assume you're running TS as a gem, right? Otherwise you don't need  
the manual require statement.

It should play nicely with 2.0.5 (at least, I'd like it to), although  
I'll admit, I haven't been so good at running my tests across older  
Rails versions lately.

The error message seems to be related to rspec - although if it  
requires rspec to be installed, then I really should change locations  
for those rake tasks. Still, try installing the rspec gem, see if that  
helps.
