Hi Tim

Unfortunately this isn't supported automatically (at this point in  
time. I should add something - or if you want to, feel free to fork  
and patch).

As an alternative, you can edit the conf file manually, and then run  
the index task with INDEX_ONLY=true. It will mean you'll need to redo  
the changes every time you change your define_index blocks.
