Are you running via passenger? It's probably that /usr/local/bin isn't in 
passenger (or Ruby, perhaps)'s path. Try setting your sphinx.yml to include 
bin_path as "/usr/local/bin".

(Yes, it's not delta related, but I'm guessing it's the cause anyway. Docs need
