It looks like you're running jobs besides Thinking Sphinx ones in delayed job. Are you using DJ's normal rake task for this processing? Or TS's one? I recommend trying the DJ one if you're not already... I should really update the docs to note that as well. If that doesn't help matters, though, let me know.
