Hi Olly

Can you confirm for us that delta updates are happening? I think the output 
should be in the nginx/apache logs. Also, can you run through a simple example 
of updating a record that's not initially in the delta index, then (wait a few 
seconds for Sphinx to update) search for a word that you've just added and see 
if you get the search result?

Seeing the define_index block for the model you use for that test will be 
helpful as well.
