Hi Pat, thank you for your answer. Well, I have tested the searchd daemon on the remote host from the other machine and it works fine (using telnet). But when I try to connect using thinking sphinx (rails) it does not retrieve any data. I inserted "thinkingsphinx.remote_sphinx=true" at the end of the environment.rb file and when I start the web server it shows an error (says no method remote_sphinx for thinkinsphinx module).
Can you help me? Thank you. On 29 sep, 14:54, Pat Allan <p...@freelancing-gods.com> wrote: > Hi Juan > > Can you share with us what the error is?
