There's no chart, but here's a guide:
* TS 1.x is for Rails 1.2.x and 2.x.
* TS 2.x is for Rails 3.x

All versions of Thinking Sphinx in the last two or three years will support
Sphinx 0.9.8 and 0.9.9 without problems. 1.4.x and 2.0.0 onwards should
support 1.10-beta, but only 1.4.6 and 2.0.5 (latest releases at this point)
support Sphinx 2.0.1-beta (or 2.0.2-dev, if compiling from source).
