There's no chart, but here's a guide: * TS 1.x is for Rails 1.2.x and 2.x. * TS 2.x is for Rails 3.x
All versions of Thinking Sphinx in the last two or three years will support Sphinx 0.9.8 and 0.9.9 without problems. 1.4.x and 2.0.0 onwards should support 1.10-beta, but only 1.4.6 and 2.0.5 (latest releases at this point) support Sphinx 2.0.1-beta (or 2.0.2-dev, if compiling from source). -- Pat On 24/06/2011, at 5:50 AM, UnConundrum wrote: > Is there a chart somewhere that shows what version of TS goes with > what version of sphinx and rails? > > I'm currently running: > Ruby 1.8.7 > Rails 2.3.11 > TS 1.4.4 > Sphinx 0.9.9 > > Is there a better combination of TS and Sphinx? > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Thinking Sphinx" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/thinking-sphinx?hl=en. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Thinking Sphinx" group.
