Hi Morgan I'm afraid there's no way to do this, beyond editing the configuration file by hand. TS inherits from the core index for deltas, so all settings in core (beyond what's explicitly overwritten) are carried over to deltas.
Feel free to patch if you're keen! Not sure how this should be handled cleanly though.
