I tried with a new Rails app and there the rake task are present! The app for which I don't see the tasks was an old Rails1 app which I upgraded to Rails3
Any ideas where should I look for the culprit now? It's some initializer or maybe some environment settings.. but as far as I know, I copied all of those from an example Rails3 app..
