OK. Its working now :)

Changed the "fake" facet line in the product model to:
    has "3380102624", :as => :product_name_facet, :type=>:integer

Where that fake integer number is a crc32 of a garbage random text
string.  Actually I think that the other larger fake integer number in
the previous post was also working but my cap deploy script was not
doing a full ts rebuild.

Do you think that this fake facet attribute can cause any unexpected
problems?

So the fix is that in 2.0.2 you need symmetrical facet attributes in
all models that are a part of the search.
