Hi Chris

You only need to run ts:index - rebuild stops Sphinx, indexes, then starts 
Sphinx again, which is only necessary when changing the structure of your 
indices. For just data updates, ts:index will do the trick nicely, and it means 
Sphinx won't be switched off/on.
