What versions of Thinking Sphinx and ts-delayed-delta are you using? And when 
there's plenty of jobs queued up and one's taking forever, what's the payload 
of the queued jobs? And of the locked job that's being processed? In particular 
for the payloads, what are the indices they have stored for processing?
