Bad power socket, or bad solder connection.. Common problem. Not worth
fixing.  You will see two dozen X31 Ultrabase units on eBay for under $10
before you find a replacement power socket that will cost you $27 plus the
cost of somebody skilled in cold solder to melt the new one onto the card.
