Arrrrrrrrgggghhhhhh, Sorry all, apparently not only can I not write a proper survey question, I'm not so good at using my mailer either. Please take pity on me and fill out a survey anyway! :-)
Here's what I meant to send to the list in response to David's question: ----- Operator error. This survey was, as they say, NOT designed by professionals ;-) Well, some of us are professionals, but not at designing surveys. Sorry for the bad design of question 1, it's entirely MY fault. Please just choose the nearest option, or skip the question (it's optional). Despite the sub-optimal survey design, it is providing the answers we need about the most popular screen choices, and desired features.
