Sounds like the web site may be preannouncing a future release, or it's a mistake. ________________________________________ Robert Rosen Chief Information Officer National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases National Institutes of Health US Department of Health and Human Services Tel: 301-451-6525 E-Mail: [email protected] ________________________________________ From: Mitchell Leben [[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, February 16, 2010 1:38 PM To: Rosen, Robert (NIH/NIAMS) [E] Cc: [email protected] Subject: RE: Help with T series specs
That makes sense, though their web site is misleading. The T410s description from the Lenovo web site: " Thin and light like T400s and the same great features, plus faster processors and NVIDIA(r) switchable graphics." -Mitch -----Original Message----- From: Rosen, Robert (NIH/NIAMS) [E] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, February 16, 2010 11:42 AM To: Mitchell Leben Cc: [email protected] Subject: RE: Help with T series specs Based on conversations with Lenovo, The T410s emphasis is on weight and thus will probably not have the highest performance (e.g., i7, separate graphics). If you want that, then you have to go with the T410. ________________________________________ Robert Rosen >________________________________________ _______________________________________________ Thinkpad mailing list [email protected] http://stderr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/thinkpad
