You could calibrate it by letting it drain and recharging, in that machine.

Use memtest86++ or just leave the BIOS screen up with the machine unplugged until the machine turns off. Then plug it in and either leave it sit or use it while it charges until it stops. That should give you a very accurate idea of the capacity.
