This is a 2687-D4U, with the ATI video card, 15" screen, Flexview.
The screen will shut down, now as quickly as 5 minutes (originally more like
30 minutes). In windows XP I have screen savers off, and in Power management
I have created a profile to never shut screen off, battery or AC.
The screen remains dimly visible, really dimly, and if I press Fn F3 I see
the dialog box for shutting the screen off, then I press the same keys
again, and the screen returns to normal brightness.
Suggestions??
