I have found that buying any kind of "cheap" battery to be an expensive
proposition.  Some vendors will have great prices on batteries when they're
closing out a line, but in general the cheap ones are at least 50% more
suspect than the OEM ones.  Batteries are easy to make badly and there
are a lot of examples of them.

So, yeah, I'd say to good to be true.
