On a now defunct R52 (HDD and display problems), I tested 3 different programs, including MobileMeter, and got different temp results of 3-10 degrees Centigrade (can't remember now if the biggest differences were for CPU or HDD). I also didn't take the time to search blogs/forums etc. for other users' experiences. I now have a W500 4058CTO, 2.80 gigahertz Intel Core2 Duo, 4GB RAM, Windows 7 64-bit, and haven't tried any similar program yet. _______________________________________________ Thinkpad mailing list [email protected] http://stderr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/thinkpad
