I think so. At the Payment Information step, there's a footnote,
"Please note: The only international card we accept is American
Express (ship-to address must be in the US, and be listed as an
alternate address with American Express)" which I think means if you
have a Canadian Amex, and list the US shipping address with them,
they'll let you ship to that address (me, I have a TD U$ Visa and have
a relative's US address as the alternate -- a lot of sites reject the
Canadian-issued Visa outright, but Lenovo took it).
