I buy from Dealextreme also. They sell great LED flashlights. Stay away from
the cheap one with focus, it breaks in about 10minutes.
The best is the SacredFire 007, which takes the CR123 or AA or AAA and is
way bright.
You can also get them on Ebay from the US, but the rechargable LI batts come
from Deal Extreme.

As for cheap shipping from HK, I suspect HK commercial postage is heavily
subsidized. Many HK-based merchants (my favorite example is
dealextreme.com) sell stuff at absurdly low prices which include postage.
