Roger, the one you're seeing now comes from Windows itself. The one you
want comes from the Thinkpad utility Battery Maxi-Minder Wizard. It's on
the "Step 3" page when going through it. You can get to it through the
Power Options menu of Thinkpad Configuration or (depending on model) off
the Start/Program list under the ThinkVantage or Access IBM submenus,
but *not* from Control Panel's Power Options (that I've seen).
