Good Afternoon,
My wife knocked her R60 onto the floor while it was
operating, and now it will not restart. Upon initial power
up, it appears unable to find the hard drive. I'm assuming
that the hard drive was damaged by the impact, but thought
I'd ask the list if there's anything else I should be aware
of before I open it up looking for loose cables or to
replace the drive.
Any suggestions for sources for a replacement drive?
