Someone/Something caused your flash memory (BIOS) to have issues. With older IBM desktop models, this error was usually recoverable (or at least you could attempt a recovery) because of a boot from floppy sequence which allowed to reinstall the BIOS firmware even with this type of error (checksum, btw). But not anymore. The 'practical' short answer in your case:
Replacement motherboard.
