Try to start it from a desktop icon which points to ACMainGUI.exe AC is 5.72; reinstalled with the latest from Lenovo, no change.
Fails - "Procedure entry point ?LaunchWizard@@YAXK@Z could not be located in the dll ACGUIHlpr.dll I can get into it through the back way; if I push the blue button, select wireless, then power on/off radio, I can then from that screen start AC.
