Technically, to give it the longest life, IIRC, store it at around 30% in the freezer.

However, it is a consumable item, and how you use it should inform how you should store it. If you need it to be usable quickly, store it at 100%.

No. That is only used to recalibrate the charging mechanism and should be done only when your system is confused about how much battery is left.
