Did you carefully read the "readme" for the driver? Sometimes for wifi drivers from that era you needed to install supplemental packages first (like the latest hotkey driver). If you don't do everything the readme/installation instructions say to the letter, or the wind is blowing in the wrong direction, the driver might not work.

X32, had to replace hard drive, no recovery disks. Loaded generic XP, no problem, but neither the Ethernet nor the wireless drivers are included.

I downloaded the driver from Lenovo, using my T43, but when I go to open them (put on a USB jump drive), I get a brief look at a DOS screen and then nothing. I have done this before but my mind is foggy on how I got this driver on board.

Any help?
