I recently used https://www.laptopkey.com/ for the "J" key on my T43p I also considered http://www.laptoprepair101.com/laptop/2007/03/20/key-fell-off-keyboard/ http://www.machinaelectronics.com/store/keylab/ If you're not familiar with the replacement procedure, these web sites link to YouTube instructional videos. Many more such videos, perhaps better ones, can be found through a Google search. Total cost was about $8 (price + shipping).
