I would ask support to escalate your case and request a replacement  
ThinkPad.  Lenovo has provisions in place for satisfying customers.  
 
Without any time frame to expect the return of your repaired 4 month  old 
ThinkPad a replacement is probably in order.

And they have no ETA on when it will be 1) fixed 2) delivered. So  much 
so for a 4 month brand new laptop.
