The wrist rest on my aged X61s has become uncomfortably warm. The
highest temperature is an inch or two right of center, at about the
dividing line between the wifi card and the memory slots. It's also
hot at the bottom near the fan, but that has always been the case.
I'm using tpfancontrol, which is not showing any unusual temperatures
and the machine is otherwise operating normally, so far as I can tell.
Any idea how to diagnose and fix the problem?
