True 100% is almost impossible to find... too difficult to make... and
too much a fire risk.   91% is standard.

Denatured Alcohol sold in quart cans with pour spout can be found at
most Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, and True Value stores around the USA,
and paint stores in Mexico.and Canada.
