So of course this happens on a thinkpad that my boss has, and he is leaving for a trip in about an hour from now.
I updated Windows and then the thinkvantage stuff. I found that the security chip was enabled, because of a bios update(?). I disabled it, but now I have this box asking me to wait, and its been several minutes already. Anybody know of a way to kill this being checked?
