I'm hoping Linux will work a little better with UEFI.

Right now, if I reboot from Windows into Linux it freezes very early in the
boot process. If Windows automatically reboots from updates, Linux loads by
default, freezes, and drains the battery. Power-cycling the Laptop does not
have that issue.

I also thought the boot selector would keep the previous selection rather
than defaulting to one or the other.
