That makes sense to me, but I don't think completely closing it off to any
contributions, even by registering, is the right solution. From what I can
tell it's a relatively small community, so I can't imagine it wouldn't be
awfully hard to keep in check. I for one wouldn't mind being a moderator,
if that is what it would take to combat the vandalism.
