[Thinkpad] Larger hard drive for x220

I have a 320gb Hitachi drive in my x220 and would like to get a larger 
drive.   What larger drives are there that are thin enough to fit into 
the x220 and are reasonably reliable?

I also have a 128gb mSata drive, so the speed of the hard drive is not a 
major concern.
