Just now I set the wired lan port to a fixed address in the 192.168.2.n group to configure a VPN router (carried the T43 to the location).
Then I returned to my desk and reinserted it into its docking station wired to my local lan. It immediately pulled a 10.1.10.n address, even though I had not reconfigured the wired lan port to be dhcp. How could this happen?
