Thanks for the help. I estimated the size of the gap between the MCH
and the fansink by measuring a blob of squished poster putty. It was
about 1.2–1.5 mm, so I ordered a piece of 2.00-mm thick TG6050, which
conducts optimally when compressed by 20–45%.

With fresh Arctic Silver 5 on the CPU and TG6050 on the MCH,
temperatures are running about 15 C cooler than before.
