Any A20p/21p/22p will comfortably take 512MB. My long-since-buried A20m with a 14" LCD and a 700Mhz CPU was running with 384MB at the time of its demise...but all of that was a zillion years ago. I don't recall any trick that would "force" a machine to see more RAM, I'm sorry to say... Good luck.
