I have reviewed this code, and overall it looks good. Here are my comments:
1. Check that it handles asynchronous calls correctly (it appears Todd has
already done this)
2. Since the server requires the top level transport to be TFramedTransport,
the constructors should reflect this.
3. Logging should be added throughout the code.
