I've included a patch file on the JIRA issue if anyone feels like
viewing the web source. It's written in PHP with a light build
script to
generate static HTML into the publish folder. If there are no issues
raised, I'll go ahead and commit this early next week. I'm still
leaving
around the forrest site infrastructure in the repo, though once this
is
rolled out we should probably remove it for the sake of SVN
cleanliness.
