ThreadedServer no longer compiles in Mono 1.2.6 (shipped with Ubuntu 8.04) due
to depending on HashSet. HashSet#Count and HashSet#GetEnumerator were
introduced in .NET 3.5, but aren't available in Mono 1.2.6
